TaiG or Pangu iOS 8.1.3 Jailbreak for 8.2 And Legality Update - With Apple having not only closed the vulnerabilities used by TaiG with their semi-recent iOS 8.1.3 release (rendering the tool completely incapable of delivering a jailbreak for 8.1.3 regardless of computer or device type) but also restricting downgrades from 8.1.3 to 8.1.2, the jailbreak community is in an increasingly high need of a new iOS 8.1.3 jailbreak for 8.2 and later. With both TaiG and Pangu active on the jailbreak scene, both of which have delivered a jailbreak compatible with the iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 6, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, iPhone 5s and older iOS 8-powered devices, the question isn’t whether we’ll receive a new jailbreak, but rather when? There’s no doubt that the process will be expedited in light of a recent discovery that should (hopefully) aid in jailbreak development for years to come, but what about the more imminent future? Considering Apple, as they’ve always done in the past and will always continue to do, patched the TaiG iOS 8.1.2 jailbreak, a new set of vulnerabilities will be required when developing the next jailbreak for all iOS 8-based devices. Will TaiG or Pangu jailbreak 8.1.3 or iOS 8.2? Continue reading past the break for additional information on both of the aforementioned firmwares and the possibility of a corresponding jailbreak for each.
Additionally, beyond the increase in jailbreak development, we’ve received three new jailbreak utilities (all with a number of updates) in the past eight months alone, Apple has sped up iOS development.
Beyond iOS 8.2, which is in its fifth beta of developer testing, iOS 8.3 was also issued to developers last week and the company is expected to reach as iOS 8.4.x before releasing iOS 9, first to developers this spring, followed by the public this fall.
Due to the shift in development pace on Apple’s part, the question is whether it’s even worth it to develop a jailbreak for iOS 8.1.3, or even 8.2, seeing as iOS 8.3 and other iOS updates are just around the corner? If the process of jailbreak releases and iOS patches was previously referred to as a cat-and-mouse game, what would it be considered now that jailbreak developers have adequate motivation to all but keep up with Apple and iOS?

While the above paragraph is mostly intended as food for thought, we know for (almost) certain that jailbreakers will opt to pass on jailbreaking iOS 8.1.3 pre iOS 8.2, as both TaiG and Pangu want their work to spread to as many jailbreakers as possible and the best way to do so is to wait for the next major iOS 8 release, again being 8.2. Although it’s certainly inconvenient for those who either mistakenly updated to or purchased their devices running 8.1.3, it’s simply the nature of the beast and will make that inevitable jailbreak on 8.2 all the sweeter.
Finally, as we await a new jailbreak for future iOS 8 public releases, another threat for jailbreakers looms on the horizon. one that takes into account the legality of jailbreaking here in the United States.
Previously, jailbreaking has retained legal status under the DMCA (digital millennium copyright act) - however, the portion of said act that legalizes the process of jailbreaking is up for review, meaning jailbreaking an iPhone could become illegal in the eyes of the law.
To prevent the above scenario, which is every jailbreakers’ worst nightmare, from becoming a reality, you can help by following the instructions in iCrackUriDevice’s video (embedded above) or those found on our dedicated post concerning the incredibly important topic.

i need some help urgent Tommorow i am buying an iphone 4s and its on ios 8.1.3 carrier locked so i was searching about it and found out that you cant downgrade it so should i buy it or look for some other phone
To much BLABLA. Those that are on iOS 7.1.2 STAY THERE cause all the tweaks and accessories work for TV as for example Display Out. On iOS 8.1.2 do not work Display Out also for example do not work the official HDMI Apple adapter anymore while at the same time the adapter works fine on iOS 7.1.2. I upgrade stupide - stupide as I was with 1 iPhone, the best on for TV issues… The iPhone 4S cause it is the only and last iPhone with video out. Also negatives is that the iOS 8.1.2 Control firmware software is to heavy for this older hardware. It is possible to make the 4S fast but how much hour free you have to find out which app or tweaks take much memory etc. Only professional hackers know how to fix this. We have only 1 or two hour to find out how to etc. So you are informed. And now 1 big issue that need have attention and question: hackers and professionals on this site… We all know that the jailbreak community works hand in hand with Apple what is if you think further than your nose economic logical. What we read here is advertisement for both… Jailbreak (Def Teams) and Apple itselves. THE QUESTION IS: is there someone, a hacker that know a way to downgrade iOS control system? There is Ubuntu - Terminal … There most be a script or code that can be broken so that the firmware can be removed and (Re - installed,) the desired firmware, whatever 6.1.2 or 7.1.2. Who knows is something as short circuit into the print plate accurate or on a chip somewhere into the print plate. There most be a way to work this out. Apple China factory .. They install the firmware from nothing right… Well… So please… The men or women that found out how to install the whatever wanted ipsw iOS software will be a hero !!! An HERO!!! Cause he will help million people all over this world to use a smartphone were they will feel fine with. I talking about the poor country’s if someone do not understand my English. Personaly I can live with but I regret it so much that I believes so highly the jailbreak community when they say: hurry THIS IOS 8 jailbreak is the best one ever. The truth is - the 4S has his limit reached on iOS 7.1.2. Yes it works on iOS 8.1.2 but how? How much processes it needs to start up is unacceptable .. Less than 40 processes start up and the memory works than on 5MB VS 20MB. This is unacceptable … So pls hackers help the million people in this world to use this expensive iphone ( two year ago 600 euro) this to remember for the cheapest one. I hope the HERO WILL STAND UP SO IT WILL HELP STOP THE DICTATORSHIP OF APPLE.
