Jailbreak 9.1 Pangu Untethered Update, Apple Releases iOS 9.1, Pangu Closed? - This morning, three weeks ensuing the minor iOS 9.0.2 release, and one week since that of the corresponding Pangu Jailbreak, Apple issued iOS 9.1 to the general public. iOS 9.1, being the first major iOS 9 update since 9.0’s initial public availability on September 16th, is the first iteration of iOS 9 to bring significant changes to the firmware.
