Activated and Functional iPhone 6 Leaked on Video, iOS 8 Jailbreak Post 7.1.2 Will Never Be The Same - With less than two days left until Apple’s iPhone 6, and possibly iWatch, grand unveiling, the world of jailbreaking is in for a radical shift - it will honestly never be the same, and that’s a great thing! Now however (actually, over the course of yesterday and today) new images and video footage of what’s allegedly an activated and fully functioning iPhone 6 were leaked ahead of Apple’s unveiling event!
iPhone 6 Leaked On Video - iOS 8 Jailbreak Post 7.1.2 Will Never Be The Same!
The first set of images of the claimed iPhone 6 were publicized yesterday morning on a popular Chinese microblogging site by the name of Weibo.
While the authenticity of said images can neither be confirmed nor denied, they certainly offer the most complete look at the device that’s had bits and pieces leaked through the Apple rumor mill for months.
With that being said, the pictures affirm the plastic antenna breaks on the housing that are intended to allow the device’s signals to pass through the otherwise all-metal casing, the circular dual-LED flash and the improved pill-shapped volume rocker buttons.
Furthermore, the device also appears to have a protruding camera lens, similar to the 5th generation iPod touch, as well as full FCC and other regulatory markings printed on the back.
As for the device’s screen, which will be a larger 4.7-inch Retina variant, because there’s additional screen real-estate Apple will apparently add a fifth row of icons to the device’s homepages (excluding the dock). Moreover, the image that showcases the App Store provides an adequate glimpse of how a larger display could be more efficient when browsing for apps, as App Store listings may feature two screenshots as opposed to one.
Also, in an interesting, albeit expected twist, the Passbook icon appears to have been upgraded to sport an extra indicator row. Currently, on all devices available at the moment, the Passbook app pictures a coffee cup, a camera and an airplane, from top to bottom, whereas the icon on the iPhone 6 features a fourth divider with what appears to be a credit card. This falls in line perfectly with previous rumors suggesting the iPhone 6 will utilize NFC or near field communication for handling mobile payments.
Wrapping up the leak from yesterday, the image of the Settings app reveals that the device features 64GB of storage and is running iOS 8 with a build number of 12A365.

I have had both apple and android, I always ended back to apple . The graphics the programs are all so much more stable . I think apple with there attempts at blocking us from jailbreaking are stupid!!!! RATHER THAN SPENDING MILLIONS PREVENTING US !!!! They should forget the blocking and continue to create apps that work there money would be better spent on development rather wasting time trying to prevent jailbreaking . I swear people have no comprehension of what that just read. I really don’t know how the admin for this site can stand the repeatedly stupid people commenting. And for the people who say apple is junk why do you read sites like this. Go away with your android garbage. They say that it’s so much easier to root a android because it’s open, I have had both apple and android, and ever single android that can be rooted can also be patched just like the jailbreaks. It’s the same cat and mouse game with android except the process for are not as user friendly as the jailbreaks for Apple. I’ll take my apple over any android anyday.

He did open apps - it’s not the Goophone though, as there are additional signs it could be the real deal (including FCC and other regulatory branding and the iPhone moniker etched into the aluminum). Moreover, Goophone’s design doesn’t align with the recent leaks, this does. Either way, we’ll know more on Tuesday.

Switched from iPhone to Xperia z1 compact and never been happier, no more need to wait months for jailbreak. Can’t wait for my z3 compact and z3 tablet. Can’t believe how much time and money I’ve wasted with apple. Great build quality I can’t deny, but sick of having to jailbreak to get what should be available anyway
