How To Install iOS 8 Beta 4 Free Without UDID, Downgrade To 7.1.2 And Jailbreak
Install iOS 8 Beta 4 Without UDID And Fix Activation Errors On 8.0 Beta 4
Finally, due to the fact that the iOS 8 beta 4 install process is virtually identical to that of beta 3, 2 and 1’s, we’re merely going to link readers to our comprehensive beta 1 tutorial and highlight the work required prior to updating, as well as the steps necessary to revert back to and jailbreak 7.1.2, in today’s article.
- Backup your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch inside iTunes, this includes the iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, 5, 4S, 4, the 5th generation iPod Touch and the iPad Air, iPad Mini 2, 3, 4.
- Perform a full restore to the latest public firmware, which is currently iOS 7.1.2 at the time of this article (this is a necessity).
- Navigate to our recommended beta 1 guide, follow the iOS 8 update procedure highlighted in said tutorial and then return to this article for important post-update steps.
- Following the completion of the update, immediately disconnect your iPhone, iPod or iPad from your computer and avoid connecting to iTunes in the future to fully circumvent and avoid obnoxious activation errors.
- Reboot your iDevice to ensure that it doesn’t experience any of the aforementioned Activation Errors.
Hypothetically speaking, the completion of the above steps will officially install iOS 8 beta 4 on any iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch model that was previously running iOS 7.1.2.
Downgrade To And Jailbreak 7.1.2 UnTethered Using Pangu
- Once on iOS 8, it’s possible to downgrade by entering Recovery mode - to do so, connect to iTunes and simply hold down the home and power buttons together until iTunes detects that your device has entered recovery mode. Also, if you happened to enable iCloud’s ‘Find my iPhone’ feature, you’ll need to disable that prior to entering Recovery mode in the Settings app before downgrading.
- iTunes will automatically switch to a device overview screen, at which point, simply click the Restore button.
- After the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is on iOS 7.1.2, you can re-jailbreak following our in-depth Pangu jailbreak tutorial, which is available here.

I dont understand the contradictory information here. First you give compatible list of devices in Blue which does not include Iphone 4, then in para. 1 of your instruction you include Iphone4 as a compatible device, so could you explain which is correct?
thats because iphone 4 wont be supported basically it now going to be outdated
That is exactly the point I am trying to make. If its not supported why on earth then in para. 1 of your instruction you listed iphone4 as a compatible device??
Will I still be able to use AT&T & have data ..?
If you go to beta 8, have followed above appropriate steps, and want to go back to 7.1.2 for jailbreak, just one question. Does this all have to be done before 7.1.3 is released? In other words, if .3 is released, does that prevent you from going to 7.1.2?
Can any one tell me the link to download the IOS 8…!
Tried it … Had a quick go through iOS 8 and then quickly back to 7.1.2 … Pangu is a unique JB tool …
What about sydia on ios 8 is it come yet
Can be jailbreak iso 8 beta 4 ?
Not exactly - it doesn’t matter anyway though, as the jailbreak will be patched by iOS 7.1.3 and beta firmwares expire. Meaning if you could, your device would literally be stuck after 8.0 b4 expires.
What about jailbreak ios8
Pangu
Wait so can we use evasion jailbreak instead of pangs
No, Pangu is the only Jailbreak utility for iOS 7.1.x - here’s why: http://www.evasi0njailbreak.com/ios-7.1.1-jailbreak-pangu-is-it-safe-evasion-7.1.1-questions/
Ios 8 beta 4 jailbreak ?
Mechai Nadhir Khoubeieb
Why would you go to iOS 8 beta just to go back iOS 7.1.1/7.1.2 and jailbreak? Why not just update/restore to 7.1.1/7.1.2 and then jailbreak? Why add in the iOS 8 beta step?
For those who want to test iOS 8, of course
useless for me 😛
You could always test it and then downgrade though
i am not a iOS developer ….. so how i can use it….. ???
